Refresher First Aid Red Cross (4 hours classroom)
During this refresher course you learn how to bring a victim to safety, assess the condition, alert the emergency services and provide first aid.
When you successfully complete the refresher course, you will receive a European recognized Red Cross first aid certificate that is valid for two years.
You learn how to bring a victim to safety, assess the condition, alert the emergency services and provide first aid for:
Cardiac Arrest: CPR and Use Automated External Defibrillator (AED);
Unconsciousness with breathing;
Unconsciousness without breathing;
Burn, skin wound, hemorrhage, nosebleed;
Head injuries, neck and spinal injuries;
Poisoning;
Suffocate and suffocate
Chest pain, stroke;
Injury to bones, muscles and joints.
What should I bring?
- Valid identification (passport, identity card, driving license)
Lesson times:
The participants are expected on the practical day for registration at 08:00, the lesson starts at 08:30 and ends at 12:30.
Price:
The above price includes registration costs, the use of practical tools, teaching materials, coffee and tea. Note: the stated price is exclusive of VAT.
Language:
The training is given in Dutch or English. On request, the training for groups can be organized in another language. It is possible to hire an interpreter through STC-KNRM.
Conditions:
You can participate in the refresher course if you have a Basic First Aid Course certificate that is still valid on the day of the course.
Upon successful completion of the class meeting:
A European recognized Red Cross certificate (valid for two years)
