1.4 Gas Measurement

The Gas Measurement training (Nogepa code 1.4) is intended for people who work at a mine installation and who are responsible for testing and measuring whether gas, oxygen and / or toxic substances are present. The participants learns in theory and in practice the use of gas measurement and detection equipment, the interpretation of the measurement data and taking the right actions.

Intended for:
Persons designated to carry out gas measurements.

Objective:
To train the delegate in the theory and practice of the operation and the use of gas measurement and detection equipment, the interpretation of the measured data and taking the correct actions.

  • Various types of measurement and detection apparatus.

There are no entry requirements

Lesson times:
Participants expected at 07:45 for registration. Training begins at 08:30 and will end around 16:30, provided no additional training sessions have been booked.

Price:
The above price includes registration fee, the use of practical tools, teaching materials, lunch, coffee and tea. Please note that the price quoted does not include VAT.

Language:
The training is delivered in English as standard. On request the training can be organized for groups in another language. It is possible to hire an interpreter through STC NEXT.
